This company is amazing! She diagnosed my controller issue and got us up and working in no time flat! She also identified a few minor things we could fix on our own. Chancey was so nice and knowledgeable!! Definitely the place to call!!!
Response from the owner:Glad we could help! Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate your kind words.

This company is by far the best. We switched for a brief time to one of my husband’s client’s companies but quickly came back to Cool Pool People! Fantastic service and all around good people.
Response from the owner:We are so glad to have you back. Thanks for your kind words!

I cannot recommend The Cool Pool People enough! Their customer service is fantastic, and I love how easy it is to text them any time of day and get a quick response. Chancy was a tremendous help when my pool unexpectedly froze this past winter, and Kyel is an absolute lifesaver for kindly disposing of a dead animal in the yard so I didn't have to (without any begging! lol). They always go the extra mile. Truly a great team
Response from the owner:The winter can be scary but being observant about your pool is key—so glad we could help. Glad we could be there when you needed us the most! Thank you for your kind words.

Can’t say enough great things about this team! I’m a first time pool owner and we had a freeze within months of buying the house. They were not only reaching out proactively to customers - they were available by text during the worst of it!! That kind of service is almost unheard of these days! Since then they’ve continued to deliver. I don’t worry about my pool because they have eyes on it every week and this brings me a ton of comfort!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Angie! The freeze was a time when many were so worried. It’s our job to help protect your investment. We are grateful you chose us and we could help alleviate your concerns.

The character of the owners and employees at this pool company is extraordinary. They provide reliable weekly service to our pool and have never had any issues like dirty pool, green pool or other issues we had with other companies. Plus, they provide tips for cold weather and also provide the support to repair pool issues due to weather events if applicable. Overall a solid company we trust, excellent communication and worth it! They send a weekly email report of the service and always provide details and photos as needed. They’re also available via text if we need anything.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Alison! It is our honor to care for your pool and we appreciate your support. We look forward to sharing your kind words with the team at our meeting on Monday morning!
