Cool Pool People are totally Amazing! They take time to tell you exactly what is going on with your pool and how to correct it. They are thorough and pays great attention to every detail. Their customer service is top notch. If you are looking for a new pool cleaning company I highly recommend them.

The character of the owners and employees at this pool company is extraordinary. They provide reliable weekly service to our pool and have never had any issues like dirty pool, green pool or other issues we had with other companies. Plus, they provide tips for cold weather and also provide the support to repair pool issues due to weather events if applicable. Overall a solid company we trust, excellent communication and worth it! They send a weekly email report of the service and always provide details and photos as needed. They’re also available via text if we need anything.

This company deserves 10 stars. They are always on top of any pool issues and are always responsive. You don’t find that quality of service often. We are grateful to have found them!

We are ending our first year with this home and Cool Pool People. We have had many pools (and many pool companies) since we first moved to Texas in 1989. We have experienced good pool companies but Cool Pool People has set the bar far above the rest.....best pool company I have worked with. Jason is our pool expert and we trust him.

Todd and Chancey were extremely helpful with a problem I have had for years with my pool sweep. They are very generous with good advice on topics that they have a lot of knowledge. I found them on their youtube channel by chance and then discovered they are in the far N Dallas area thankfully. Highly recommend.

Chancy and Steve went above and beyond to help me! Their advice and guidance saved me a ton and it shows they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Cool Pool People. Can’t say enough, how lucky I am to have stumbled across Cool Pool People when I was looking for someone to service my pool. While their website and about us was the initial draw, having Todd come out solidified the deal. They continue to raise the bar on excellence and truly care about their customers and their employees.
