When we installed our pool, we called a few pool maintenance companies for quotes. Cool Pool People was not the cheapest but was very reasonable, and we chose to go with them as we felt they offered the best value and customer service. Boy, are we ever glad we did! In addition to providing excellent weekly service, they are incredibly quick to respond to a problem. We called them around 1 pm yesterday, and they had someone out in under an hour. He quickly identified the problem, and since it was still under warranty, he assured us it would be taken care of within a few days since their company would contact the manufacturer. It was repaired in less than twenty four hours thanks to their quick service!

We are Cool Pool People fans for life.

This company is absolutely the best! They took our pool from green to clean in a week and it’s beautiful! They are more knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive than any pool company we’ve used in the past. They’ve made raving fans out of myself and my husband with their 5 star service.
