We are ending our first year with this home and Cool Pool People. We have had many pools (and many pool companies) since we first moved to Texas in 1989. Todd and Chancey were extremely helpful with a problem I have had for years with my pool sweep. They are very generous with good advice on topics that they have a lot of knowledge. I found them on their youtube channel by chance and then discovered they are in the far N Dallas area thankfully. Highly recommend.

Weekly pool maintenance best I’ve seen! Same -technician service promotes continuity and consequently improved pool quality. This is our fourth service company and it will be our last-don’t want anyone else near the pool! Minor maintenance issues completed quickly and expertly and charge was most reasonable.
