I cannot recommend The Cool Pool People enough! Their customer service is fantastic, and I love how easy it is to text them any time of day and get a quick response.
Chancy was a tremendous help when my pool unexpectedly froze this past winter, and Kyel is an absolute lifesaver for kindly disposing of a dead animal in the yard so I didn't have to (without any begging! lol). They always go the extra mile. Truly a great team

Can’t say enough great things about this team! I’m a first time pool owner and we had a freeze within months of buying the house. They were not only reaching out proactively to customers - they were available by text during the worst of it!! That kind of service is almost unheard of these days!
Since then they’ve continued to deliver. I don’t worry about my pool because they have eyes on it every week and this brings me a ton of comfort!

Cool Pool People are totally Amazing! They take time to tell you exactly what is going on with your pool and how to correct it. They are thorough and pays great attention to every detail. Their customer service is top notch. If you are looking for a new pool cleaning company I highly recommend them.

The character of the owners and employees at this pool company is extraordinary. They provide reliable weekly service to our pool and have never had any issues like dirty pool, green pool or other issues we had with other companies. Plus, they provide tips for cold weather and also provide the support to repair pool issues due to weather events if applicable. Overall a solid company we trust, excellent communication and worth it! They send a weekly email report of the service and always provide details and photos as needed. They’re also available via text if we need anything.

We are ending our first year with this home and Cool Pool People. We have had many pools (and many pool companies) since we first moved to Texas in 1989. We have experienced good pool companies but Cool Pool People has set the bar far above the rest.....best pool company I have worked with. Jason is our pool expert and we trust him.
