We have been using The Cool Pool People since September 2023 for our monthly pool maintenance. All of our technicians have been great to work with, but we especially love our current technician, Chap! :) The weekly emails keep us informed, and any needed repairs are communicated clearly and completed in a timely manner. Chancy and the team have always been willing to work with us, whether it involves arranging repairs or adjusting our service day. Their pricing is competitive with other pool companies we've used, but the level of service and reliability truly sets them apart. It's reassuring to know our pool is being cared for by a team that is professional, responsive, and takes pride in their work. We highly recommend The Cool Pool People to anyone looking for dependable, quality pool service.

These are the best pool services people in the city of Frisco. They can be counted on to be there the day the pool is supposed to be serviced and are very proactive to alert to items needing attention or service. I would highly recommend CPP to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pool.

This company is amazing! She diagnosed my controller issue and got us up and working in no time flat! She also identified a few minor things we could fix on our own. Chancey was so nice and knowledgeable!! Definitely the place to call!!!

I cannot recommend The Cool Pool People enough! Their customer service is fantastic, and I love how easy it is to text them any time of day and get a quick response. Chancy was a tremendous help when my pool unexpectedly froze this past winter, and Kyel is an absolute lifesaver for kindly disposing of a dead animal in the yard so I didn't have to (without any begging! lol). They always go the extra mile. Truly a great team

Can’t say enough great things about this team! I’m a first time pool owner and we had a freeze within months of buying the house. They were not only reaching out proactively to customers - they were available by text during the worst of it!! That kind of service is almost unheard of these days! Since then they’ve continued to deliver. I don’t worry about my pool because they have eyes on it every week and this brings me a ton of comfort!
